Browsing and downloads

Cloudflare processes requests to serve and secure the website. Basic request metadata, including IP address, user agent and timing, may be processed by Cloudflare. Cloudflare Web Analytics may collect aggregate performance and page-view information. No account is required for browsing or downloading documents.

Requests and reports

If you submit the form, your email, product reference, message, consent and submission time are stored privately in Cloudflare R2 for administrator review. These requests are not publicly accessible and are not automatically emailed to suppliers. Do not include confidential research, patient information or credentials.

Requests are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. A daily salted hash of your IP is temporarily stored for abuse protection for up to two days; the form does not store the raw IP. Use the request form to ask for access, correction or deletion and include your request reference.

Third-party documents

Supplier links open external websites governed by their own policies. PDFs and converted Word files are served from this site's storage.
